pretty sure there's a couple of Swervedriver fans on here; and they've reformed and have finished a US tour. personally there one of my fav bands of all time in particular the first two classic albums 'raise' & 'mezcal head' which for some inexplicable reason never sold huge amounts

they play london tue 16th sept and glasgow thus 18th sept. more details can be found www.swervedriver.com

It's true - they rule.
Saw them in Toronto a couple weeks ago and it was one of the best live music experiences of my life. Raise and Mezcal Head are my two favorite driving albums of all time.

Raise would deffo be in my top 3 albums of all time, such an amazing album.

They did some amazing e.p's too.

So pleased they are back together, waiting for them to play in UK again.

They did some amazing e.p's too.

very true the 'kill the superheroes' b-side for their 1st ep is one of their best imo, especially the incendiary drumming on it; and 'never lose that feeling' is brillant especially the jam at the end

The piece at the end of 'Never Lose That Feeling' just sounds ace on yer walkman/i-pod when walking through town!

Volcano Trash on the 'Superheroes EP' is a fave of mine too.

i tend to like records where fans cant understand why they dont sell more copies, especially if theyre known for tearing it up.
will be checking them out.

I'd start with Mezcalhead Dubman.
