found this on the recently started sonicstate TV site:
http://tv.sonicstate.com/play.php?vid=106
I've seen some screenshots of this before, but not the whole video.
From the name of the user (GForce TV) I guess it's by Dave Spiers (GForce Software), who is a close friend and tech support of UW.

Nice find! Thanks for this. BTW, is Dave Spiers the "Dave is floating..."?

Excellent video, i'd like to see more "in the studio..." type stuff.
Anyone know what song that was playing?

I managed to save it earlier today, so you can get it here:

Thanks DaddyAdv and sbommer for the links!

IIRC the name of the drone/ambient bit at the start is not known yet. Then To Heal with the spoken bit from Rick's father (?). Both have been played on the 2006-05-13 broadcast. Then Play Pig (Pig and Dan mix 2), played on the 2005-12-15 broadcast.
Maybe the video is from the 2005-12-15 broadcast...
edit: slightly OT but I absolutely hate it when 16:9 footage is stretched to a 4:3 window...

My guess is the video was taken at the "private UW gig"

that drone ambient bit sounds a LOT like the opening chords to Pearl's Girl slowed down a ton.
Thanks a lot for the great find & for saving it. Would definitely love to see more of this...

i took the file from `sbommer' and transcoded it to mpeg (for people having problems watching flash-videos), and put it back to a 16:9 ratio.

Looking much better in 16:9!
Before the video was removed the file info on GForce TV's profile read:
"Underworld Jam
Duration: 00:03:32
Added: 16-04-08
Some footage from an Underworld jam session at their rehearsal studio"
So the video was up for a month and then was taken down the same day it was reported on this forum - strange....

That looks great in 16:9.
