Book of Jam 4: Book of Time is now available in the Members section. Hey, it came out pretty much on time!

I rather like this one. Lots of good stuff from Karl, Rick, and John, including some of those fun "doodle" diaries and nature art diaries from last year.

Also, the evolution/creation of the OwB artwork.

Looking at the artwork for riverrun releases 03, 04 & 05 on the second to last page, the 'barcode/braille' writing makes sense for "Love Broken Thing" and "I'm A Big Sister...". But I can't figure out 'Pizza For Eggs' except for 'Underworld' on the first line. Anyone? I believe there was some talk on this at the of release..

damn, i like this one a lot.
great context, wonderful images.
i get a feeling of complete thoroughness with these. archiving the wayposts as opposed to just implying it through visual documentation. feels like a complete idea despite the never-ending 'process' that made them.

Same here. I like the simple but impactful layout, and the fact that, or the most part, the pictures tell the story instead of text. Especially cool to see the OWB session artwork, as i've grown quite fond of it and Warwicker's splashypaint style.

Does anyone print the book of jam editions? I am thinking about having them printed out on nice paper and somehow bound together in a neat little collection. It's less enjoyable reading them off a digital screen.

i'm sure they must have some small, inhouse plan to do this.
you dont craft pages this beautiful and leave it in digital limbo

I'd happily buy something like this. Books have to be physical imo!

34 of those pages are formatted as 2-page spreads, plus the front and back covers = 70 pages.

Thanks TheBang - I should have realised this as I am a book binder/conservator:eek:

Yeah, as I posted, I was like, "Wasn't he the one that did that kick-ass cover and binding for Belly?" ;)
