ffs, we are still shit...

Capello's record was 100% before yesterday, now its just 50%

we have a long way to go, and giving Beckham his carriage clock instead of blooding some youngster (Bentley) was a mistake in my mind, still its out of the way now, and we can get on with not playing football over the summer, and build up to epic failure in qualifying for the 2010 world cup....

a weakened French side were much more lively and equipped than Us.



One up front, Rooney cannot play that way and doesn't ever for United so why put him through it for England.... don't we have any decent strikers any more??

i'm so pissed off with england, every new dawn is false....

new manager - same shitenothing new a all.........france were poor and we were worse. we need to bring some fresh faces in before its too late.I felt sorry for Rooney chasing shadows all through the first half , mercifully he and gerrard were withdrawn at half time.We have serious full-back problems i.e. cole and brown were rubbish we have no decent out and out strikers and the midfield still misfires......it aint looking good......:(

i blame steve maclaren - we're stuck in friendly hell, so the manager will dick about with the team for months until something meaningful comes along; until then it's hard to read too much into performances and experiments.

its the ever-shrinking pool of english players in the premier league that worries me, currently only 36% of players are english :(not much to chose from really

this is something i've been wondering about - the premiership has some excellent strikers... not too many of them are brits though
