Anchorman is one of the best movies I've ever seen, and a lot of the same people are involved with this one, so I have high high hopes. I caught Jon Stewart's recent interview with Paul Rudd, and Jon (having seen the movie) said that even he, having known him for many years, didn't realize Steve Carell was that funny. Awesome!

You should've seen Jon's interview with Steve Carrell. It was hilarious. They just sat there for a minute without saying anything to each other until Jon muttered, "So...do you have a file to report?"

To which Steve replied, "I don't file reports anymore. I do movies."

Sometime later, Jon cried, "Why did you leave us?!"

Hilarious. :D

Thanks for the info gambit and mongoose.

Don't know if either of you saw this, but the international trailer for the film contains swearing and nudity and makes the film look even funnier.

That Daily Show interview was pretty amusing. They really just sat there for a few minutes. Very funny.

I saw this tonight and it is indeed really funny. The title of the movie sounded like a total pass but it ended up being the first comedy I've really enjoyed in years.

That movie was amazing. Me and my friends had smiles on our faces that lasted all night. It's one of the best comedies I've ever seen.

Actually a very funny comedy with laughs. First time I've laughed quite a few times during a film in a few years. The supporting cast is very good.

This is the best comedy I've seen in a couple of years .... at least. Honestly everyone was hilarious in this film. Pretty much flawless.
