http://www.darktrain.org/dirty/forums/showthread.php?t=7456&highlight=liveherenow Thanks - I have tried that email address and had no response from that one either. This company just does not repsond to or look after customers. They appear to have no phone number either! Which I find concerning.

2 weeks? LOL. these jokers take many weeks after they say its shipped to deliver the product. i believe it took close to 6 for mine to show up.

I can tell you that all my inquiries were eventually replied to and all my problems rectified. I get the feeling that is a rather small company, so maybe that's why it takes them longer to respond?

Also, for US customers, I'd plan on 4 weeks for delivery. I've had 3 shipments from them to date, and each has taken ~4weeks to get here from placing my order to delivered in my mailbox.

The domain name liveherenow.co.uk was registered by EMI and the business address it the same as used by Mute records.

A phone number can be found at the bottom of this page...

One of my orders was allegedly dispatched 10 days ago, Royal Mail can be slow but...

You are all more patient than I. If I get an email saying that somethinghas been despatched I expect it to be delivered within 7 days maximum. For others the phone number is +44 (0) 20 8994 0029 Of course there is no bloody answer!

Well mine come from Belgiumm, and not the UK mail.

Mine has to travel less than 80 miles, even 2nd class post should be here by now. I simply doubt that it was/has been despatched at the time the notification was given.

Well, internet purchases in the UK are governed by mail order legislation which largely says that a company has 28 days in which to deliver once payment has been received. That is for UK addresses though. I am pretty sure the deadlines are longer for overseas transactions but I am too tired to look it up right now.

I can imagine how horribly frustrating this must be though - I still haven't got round to ordering mine yet. I wonder if they have been overwhelmed by the number of orders they are receiving.

Worst case it should be covered by my credit card co.

I bought the remaining sets at The Roundhouse on the 29th only to find on my way home that one was the wrong set, the recycled packaging and rescheduled date stickers really didn't help so I ordered a replacement when I got home. My frustration is based on that I really want to hear that other set while the experience is still relatively fresh in my mind, for me the later part of the series is much better than the first couple of shows possibly with the exception of Manchester. It was a simple mistake but shit happens right?

From the link Stimpee posted it looks like they are quite a small crew but they should be able to use Mute's distribution experience and it has to be said that a small amount of courtesy would go a long way even an automated reply to emails/queries would help rather than the silence some of us have experienced.

Weeeee...

It finally turned up today but it seems that I was right in saying that LHN sent me the confirmation of despatch email when they hadn't actually sent the CD's, I received the despatch email on 7th of March which is the same date that the despatch note was printed however the package was post marked 18th of March. So 11 days between LHN informing me that the order has been sent and them actually sending it, still no reply to my emails though.

Mine just arrived too with same postage date of the 18th despite being the email saying it was sent on the 7th

Did anyone who ordered all 6 of the 2008 shows in one hit get a second despatch email for the london shows? The only despatch email I got (back in Feb) listed all 6 shows on it, despite the London ones having not yet occurred.

I bought all but the 28th at the roundhouse on the 29th and was waiting for the 28th to be delivered.

When did you place the order and when did you get the confirmation of despatch?

This company is a joke. Been waiting over 2 weeks now since dispatch email. And I live in london! Maybe they are a very small company. But not replying to any of my emails, there's no excuse.
