After 2 years of of planning and procrastination, darktrain.org has a sister site in Japan:

www.darktrain.jp (http://www.darktrain.jp)

I don't suppose that the new album and the upcoming shows in Osaka and Tokyo finally got me off my ass to finish it, but that's another story!!

At present it's a Japanese only site, but thanks to Underworld's fondness for Japan (and Stimpee's good advice) I realize that there is a lot of potential interest here for Western/English speaking dirt's. Because of this, at some point in the very near future I hope to include a page for Japanese/Underworld articles which will be translated to English.

I hope you like it and any/all feedback is welcome!

: nice 'i'm a big sister..' music in the background.

Thanks!

I stole that bit a while back from the broadcast of the Osaka show in 2005.
I took it into Logic and had to filter out that hideous noise (coming mainly from
the right channel - if I remember correctly).

It's probably getting a bit dated with OWB out and all, but I liked the way it came
out, so I decided to use it for the time being.:)

I wanted to thank everyone for their kind words and ecouragement!
I'm not the most frequent poster in the forums, but I read them almost
everyday and have done so for almost 6 years. Your vote of confidence
makes me realize even more what a strong and supportive community
there is here!

Thanks again!:)

After 2 years of of planning and procrastination, darktrain.org has a sister site in Japanyou can say that again. I prodded gently a few times and gave some encouraging advice. Glad you finally made it. The English translations section was an idea to drive traffic to the site from outside Japan.

I just updated the darktrain.jp site with a new "Countdown to Oblivion" theme. It's a Flash music player (Dirty Player 1.0 - he, he) and a countdown timer that is counting down until the first Osaka show next Wednesday. It's only accurate for those living in the Japan Standard Time zone, but hey, at least it gives a ballpark figure for everyone else!;)
