God, you're taking me back to my mis-spent yoof tonight! Hehehe. Yeah, I used to love 'em back in the day. Don't listen to them much any more. But Rumours is a classic album for sure. :D
I still go back the Mac at least once every few weeks. "World Turning" has to be my all time favorite tune by them. Those guitars chugging along as the song fades in...great stuff :D

My verdict. . .
Never cared much for the Peter Green Mac
on the other hand, Lindsey Buckingham is a genius.
Get Out of the Cradle and Go Insane
the last mac album was for all intents and purposes a Lndsey solo album but the record company wouldn't release it as such.
You can't beat the rhythm section of McVie/Fleetwood.
Christie and Stevie were just groupies
Oh oh oh.. 5 posts already, and not even a single mention of Tusk, the best Fleetwood Mac album there is! I love Rumors as well, but Tusk is something special.

Absolutely 100% disagree here re: Peter Green Mac.
Some of the best blues-yes you read right, blues- that just rawks and bleeds.
