Yeah I did not see this before either. Lots of live bits and interview bits with karl, rick, darren1 and people of Megadog! I missed most of it because I was doing stuff away from the puter.

KoS says you only have the 3voor12 central digital channel if you have both digital television AND the extra + abo.

yeah I called an ex-colleague of mine who was the only one who I figured would have a dvd recorder and digital tv, and so he did. But he didn't have the UPC "royal" package, only the standard one which doesn't include the 3voor12 channels.

I kinda tuned in yesterday. First at 21.00 where it said in the stream that it would actually start at 21.25
So I tuned in again around 21.23 I think and it had already started. And then it was over by 21.27! So how long did this thing actually last?? can't have been much more than 20 minutes.

I saw on the 3voor12.nl site somewhere this afternoon a message that indeed the docu would be broadcast today again (from beginning to end I would presume), but also next friday. Can't seem to find that message anymore.

I'm afraid I don't have a subscription to digital tv with 3voor12 either (I do live in the Netherlands). So, only on the website I can watch it.

I am going to try and record it, using VLC media player. I use URL Snooper 2 (wich you can get here: http://all-streaming-media.com/find-stream-URL/Project-URL-Snooper-Find-the-actual-stream-URL-Free-download.htm) to get the proper URL for the stream, so I can open and record it with VLC.

Problem is that the files you get from VLC can only be played back using VLC, as far as I know. But besides that, it is a nice way to record some internet broadcasts to your computer.

If you need explanation to record with VLC, let me know here.

i watched about 20-30mins of this and it was fantastic. i'd love to have a copy of this that wasn't streaming.

On a earlier thread started by King of Snake (http://www.darktrain.org/dirty/forums/showthread.php?t=6020&highlight=loladamusica) I put a post about me having a copy of the documentary on tape. Problem was/is that a few minutes at the beginning are missing.

Clumsy old me didn't see that King of Snake actually send me a private message (I didn't know that was possible). I did see it last night because this thread reminded me of the subject. I sent him a private message back but I don't know if I did that properly.

Anyway, I still have the tape. Maybe there can be a second attempt to try to make a proper, digital copy of the documentary. I hope King of Snake is still willing and able to splice his version together with mine and make a nice digital version of it (?)

btw this was not the loladamusica from the 1999 tilburg gig (+interview) but rather something from 1996 that I hadn't seen before.
I think the tape you had was from the 1999 programme? (correct me if I'm wrong here).
Anyway, I'll be leaving for london tomorrow so we'll get back to this sometime next week :)

I'm getting curious now to see it. I wasn't aware there are more Loladamusica documentaries about Underworld. I also wonder wich one I got. I'm pretty sure it's the one from 1999.

Wow, that was pretty cool. Seeing Underworld jam in the period Second Toughest was just finished. Haven't seen this one before. Loladamusica was a bit before my time, but the ones I've seen are all great. I sure miss the program or even something near it in these days on dutch television.

Recommend it. Rerun on 3voor12.nl next friday (19th october 2007).

I've asked a friend of whom I knew is subscribed to digital tv with 3voor12 TV, but he wasn't able to record.

He also works at VPRO (the broadcaster of 3voor12). He did say he would try to pull some strings although he isn't closely involved with 3voor12. I see him in a couple of weeks so I hope he can arrange something before them.
