what a great show that was. open with dirty epic, close with jumbo.. slice it in half with spikee.

best of the US tour, in my opinion.

I know this is crazy, but I think they did it live in Denver because I was crying like crazy to hear it live on this board... they actually OPENED with it... and I mean it when I say that I was essentially breaking down in tears. It's my favorite song, it was litterally life changing to hear it live.

THANK YOU UW!!!

I'm pretty sure that you can hear me crying at the top of my lungs OHMYGAWD when they first bring in the opening sounds of DE. I was litterally standing there going... "THIS IS NOT HAPPENING, THIS IS NOT HAPPENING!" I couldn't stop singing at the top of my lungs for this one...

Played at the Warfield SF on the Friday show as well...

Opened the show in Norwich with it too, fingers crossed for a CD of that gig - interesting version too, either there was a technical glitch, or it had the most abstract kickroll/acapella/restart ever - I think it was a great save by Karl making a Mac problem seem almost intentional, but I'd have to hear it again to be sure :-)

After the first three songs at the Warfield on Friday night I could've left. They opened with Luetin, moved to Crocodile with Rick even singing a bit and then Dirty Epic. Those were three songs I wanted to hear so very badly and they were played so quickly.

I just wish we would be able to get a decent live recording of dirty epic, a nice soundboard quality, not a radiobroadcast version.

I wondered that to? Do you think a cleaner across the building went to plug the Hoover in and realised she swapped the wrong plug!? lol

The sound is awful, but this is brilliant. This song is so good live!

I loved it. Thanks.

I'm extremely hesitant to acknowledge or even admit this, but i think i sang along to it too, just out of sheer excitement, and worse, it was all caught on terrible video.
i'm never singing along to anything ever again, i apologize to everyone.
