It hasn't been 7 years since they played LA.

And they played Coachella in 2003 (2 hours outside of LA).
Oh and I got my Hollywood Bowl tickets. WOOT WOOT!

it would work out just fine schedule-wise if they played at Austin City Limits... september 15-17th. plus, it would only sweeten the line up.
3 days of nonstop shows and UW in texas?
how awesome would that be. :D

"lots of interesting things being delivered to the lemon whilst we are preparing for live, we are going to have some fun today.
production rehearsals this week...first gig is only just over a week away. looking forward to seeing these interesting 'things' in action.
hooking up with our friends at tomato making great things for us on the road."
Woo hoo! Looking forward to the new visuals and light show.

Underworld at WITC - 30th June , i assume that they are playing on the main stage, which i also assume is where, Digweed and Sasha will be spinnin... unless they are playing elsewhere...
on the Renaissance website it says Sasha and Diggers are on at 9:30, for four hours, now am i right in thinking that this means that Underworld will follow them at 1:30am... or are UW on earlier than that - i don't mind the clash of times...

I have to have a go at some of this (well, yeah, obviously)... but where? I've got loads of holidays, so I could swing an overseas gig. It's hard to see past the barrowlands gig though. Cocoon and ILT stick out. So, I'm wondering about the Roundhouse gig too.
Any votes for the must-see UK gig?

HMH has great sound and a large GA area for moving about, and there are beer girls with kegs of Heineken strapped to their backs walking about so you don't have to go to the bar to get a refill. Choice!
Downside - it's not really in central Amsterdam, so you have to take a train to the next party venue.

Just had my tickets through for the Glasgow Carling Academy show!!! :D
I hope it's a better venue than the Birmingham CA which was well skanky.
Flights from Cardiff only £5.99 each way - bargain.
A text I got from Lukeyd last night told me that I was going to the Roundhouse gig.. So not wanting to disappoint him I'm going to try to - can someone fill me in on what my travel arrangements ought to be to get there and then away?
For shenanigans in London I tend to fly by easyJet to Luton and get what I think is called a "Green Line" coach to the centre. The coach runs all night every half hour so I usually get that back and spend a bit of time creeping about Luton airport until my 7am flight North.

Yeah it's a great wee venue. It's got this great three tier shape on the floor where it looks rammed from the back but if you push through to the front you can find loads of room. I could've been off with the Chems trainers once when I seen them there, it was that easy to get to the front :p

The odds of a show randomly popping up in Michigan or Ohio are probably very remote. Don't feel bad, I live in Raleigh and nothing ever comes here. If I want to see any DJs or electronic music I have to go to DC, Miami, or New York.

soooooooo bummed! I have a last minute trip, and wont be able to make the 9th show in LA. BLOWS CHUNKS!!
My company was about to send me to Europe, but I wouldn't have been back in time for the concert so I told them forget it.

I'll just shut up now just in case they don't just relocate me all together. :(

I was going to be in Cambodia backpacking during the Korea shows and was thinking of catching a plane over for the concert just in case they didn't come to Australia!... It doesn't sound too good with his throat!!! I hope everything is ok.

Flying into Phnom Pen and we leave out of siem reap so if you have any advice of places to stay/not stay and things i should look out for (Besides land mines) it would be appreciated. Did you enjoy your trip?
We should open a "Cambodia" thread somewhere... or it'll be too long in an "Underworld 2007 tour info" subject (I was few times in Cambodia, for work & also for holidays...) ;)

i'm there on the 29th, which is good, because i couldn't make another date at the last London set, so this is in a perverse way a good thing that the tour got cancelled for me, and i suppose, also for everyone else, because it means another UK date has been added - as a bonus!

TBC-mar-2008
i think the 12th was a wed, so i wonder if the reschedule might be a more convenient day to travel. a saturday night would be nice... oh, and release some more tickets so i can get one ;)
