Does anyone know where it was filmed? The outside location in the forest looks so lush! Anyone know if k/r/d had much involvement with the direction of the video?

There was an interview with Karl where he spoke about the Push Upstairs video. For the most part it was made by Graham Wood from Tomato. I don't know how other videos were done but it is certainly similar.

I've seen a half-hour documentary about Tomato were Graham talked about the Push Upstairs video. He said that he put 2 or 3 things together and looked how they worked out.
