... at the back of the HMH made all the difference, the gate opened and there were R&K, Rick disappeared, i guess he got on the big tour bus that was parked inside but i was able to have quick chat with Karl before he left in a small bus with his family...

i guess i was lucky, it's a shame you people couldn't stay longer, nevertheless i want to thank you all for this fantastic evening

first thing i said ;)

no pen or camera so no pictures or autographs, he asked if i liked the show and the visuals, he told me there was something wrong with the sound on stage, that they had to 'sync' all the stuff in their heads, he thanked me for waiting so long that he appreciated it and then told me he had to go because he was there with his family while pointing in the direction of a woman next to the car, who might be his wife because she had a "Karl, we REALLY have to go" look on her face :D

that was about it i think so unfortunatly no time to ask more in depth questions...

edit: he also said those visuals were pure improvisation

damn... it sounds like everyone had a great time at the show

I am kinda waiting to hear from one of my best friends who basically went to see them b/c I harassed her how she had to go

...and I was supposed to go too (but like usual things fell through... even international flights!)

That's awesome that you got to have a chat. You could tell that there was something wrong technically - Juanita cut out suddenly at one point, and Rick spoke with a tech on several occasions during the show.

Yes, I ran into Karl while walking back to my hotel Tuesday afternoon. I thanked him for the show, we talked briefly, I got respect for coming all the way from New York City for the show, we exchanged pleasantries, and then I left, pretty much on cloud nine. He was as cool as it gets, taking time away from what was obviously a family moment to chat me up for a minute.

Karl - many thanks for the kind words. They were much appreciated.
