Got a new creditcard last month, old one expired. Anyone knows where to change this on the UW-live shop?? When I proceed to checkout, it just says "card expired", but no possibility to update my card number... And I want my Big Sister, like NOW! http://www.dirty.org/forums/images/smilies/mad.gif

A new username+password is NOT an option (remember the free download we're going to get June 10!)

PLS help!

i had the same thing in november: mail the people at sales@underworldlive.com and mail them the new expiry dates.

I have the same problem -- sent 'em an email, still no reply. I expect it'll all be sorted out on Monday.

I think it is important to bear in mind the time zones. It's 11.20pm in the UK on a Sunday night. ;)

the best thing to do is put the old one in, let it decline, and then use the "update" option.

This solved it for me, listening right now ;-)

Please DON'T send me your credit card details!! We take security very seriously and there are other ways to solve this issue without compromising your security!

We are working on a new user page that will allow users to update details themselves -

In the meantime, I've deleted your previous card, and entered "dummy" card details in your account, so when you try to purchase, it will return a "transaction failed" message and prompt you to re-enter your card details.
