but i just downloaded an mp3 that's 3 hours long of this radio show. i know this might be being picky, but can someone cut it into tracks and post just the new underworld material split into tracks, and leave the stuff from the other bands out? i mean, the stuff from the other bands is nice to listen to, but i'd like to be able to just get to the UW tracks more easily.

That's far too demanding! Lets not ask too much of these people because it's enough that they give it to us in the first place (and I speak of both Dirts and UW for going thru the trouble)

Any of these would do it. I don't use one so I don't know which would be the best of the bunch.

Although pcutmp3 has no gui and requires java, it does a damn good job. (especially if you have foobar 0.9.1 or a DAP that supports gapless playback, because it plays gapless then:))
edit: corrected an error
^^ i call that hardcore :) nice one dude....

Adobe Audition is pretty easy to cut things with, literally just mark the piece you want cutting, the copy in to a new file.

Didn't Karl promise to put the tracks in the archive soon-ish anyway?

Hey Rick, can you send me your Nord Lead, 909, Karl and your laptops? I keep getting artefacts when I slice this file that you posted on uwlive.com and would just like to use the source equipment to chop it up nicely.

I had already made one for a stream rip made on saturday but the track points were in different places. For instance, my Push Upstairs starts when the beat starts no matter that Pricey is still doing his dubwiser MC impression over the top, and Skyscraper starts as soon as the long synth sound begins and the Alex Under beats are dropped out.

well, i'm on a mac and i'm not sure what software to use to do this.
also, i'm not using the Mp3 from UWLive, i'm using the one someone put up earlier.. do i need the one from UWLive? this one has a higher bitrate anyway.

well, i finally put together a cd of
the underworld tracks from this recording..
you might want to rearrange the order
though...and yes i left off 'rez', because
i've heard it thousands of times before..
and also the 'atmospheric track'...
(and there wasn't space for it anyways)..
from the cue sheet:
TITLE : underworld studio live tracks 2006
PERFORMER "Underworld"
TRACK 01 AUDIO TITLE "Pearls Girl (Live Jam)" 7:09
TRACK 02 AUDIO TITLE "Mmm Skyscraper I love you (live jam)" 10:25
TRACK 03 AUDIO TITLE "Glitchy Beats" 8:41
TRACK 04 AUDIO TITLE "Always Loved A Film (Silver Boots) (Live)" 8:10
TRACK 05 AUDIO TITLE "Yard Beat (Live)" 3:16
TRACK 06 AUDIO TITLE "Push Upstairs (Live)" 6:37
TRACK 07 AUDIO TITLE "Lenny Penne (Remix)" 6:39
TRACK 08 AUDIO TITLE "Mo Move (Live Jam)" 13:28
TRACK 09 AUDIO TITLE "Peggy Sussed (Main Final Mix)" 5:27
TRACK 10 AUDIO TITLE "Something Ambient (To Heal And Restore)" 3:31
TRACK 11 AUDIO TITLE "Peggy Sussed (Live)" 3:30
TRACK 12 AUDIO TITLE "Something (Chant) (v2)" 1:03
total time: 78:02
