Anyone know the best way to record this with a Mac? :)
Well, there are some open source apps like VLC or MPlayer that will work.

But, here's the easiest, Mac-like way I found.

1. Download Audion (http://www.panic.com/audion/). Make sure you get the free registration code (http://www.panic.com/audion/buy.html).
2. Open Audion, and enter the code in the "Purchase" menu under "Enter Serial Number..."
3. Go to "File" and "Open Stream...". Enter the URL for the audio stream and Open it.
4. Go to "Tools" and "Record..." Make sure your Recording Device is set to "Audion" and press the Start button.

I've verified that this does a direct dump of the stream, not a re-encode.

Agreed!:D i like how Karl's looking around with a smirk while Rick gets increasingly bouncy! The pauses are rad...what happened near the end when Rick has something in his hand? Is that a cable or a battery or flash drive? Whatever it is, he puts it back and it's more bouncing!

We've never been disappointed by a lemonworld broadcast, whether it's other people's tunes or new U/W...this should be no exception!

Nice work! during the show, i only grabbed about 30 or so, which makes for a pretty random and silly slideshow movie of the folks moving around the studio (same size pix works great for making quicktime flipbook movies!). So many awesome shots...i liked Karl's poster communication/tracklists!

Hmm, this is odd. I downloaded the whole file, overlayed it with the partial one I captured from fast-serv... and they have not even one single mp3 frame in common. This would appear to be a completely independent mp3 stream, altogether.

Checking some sync points by ear, I found out I was missing almost 23 minutes, so the whole track, complete, would be 192 minutes and 23 seconds. That is 6 minutes longer than the official capture mp3 (but the last track really is the last one). So I'm still interested if anybody has the start of the same stream that I have. I don't really care about the ambient track at the beginning, it's 14 1/2 minutes of boredom, but I'd like the rest, starting from the spoken intro about San Francisco.

Anyway... could somebody overlay the playlist with the audio, as to what track plays when? I know none of the tracks by the other artists, and all Underworld tracks are untitled, so I have no idea of what is what, with all the synchronisation points missing. I don't know every title of every Underworld track in existence, especially since they tend to mutate. So please put titles on the Underworld tracks, too!

Those tracks 2&3 (taking the boring ambient track as track 0, 1/2 minute spoken intro, then something electro as track 1) have just become two of my favourites, and I'd like to know what they are. 2 is instrumental, 3 has vocals with the lyrics "Maggie is a doll, I'm a big sister, I'm a little girl and I'm a little princess", so I'm guessing that one at least, will feature in the next web release?

Question - I see only 96 kbps versions of the performance, which cuts off at 186:24. I captured stream off of VPRO at 160 kbps (six hours worth) and have edited the mp3 down to the full concert. Were there 2 different VPRO streams?

The "dutch" broadcast started with a little interview with Karl Hyde

And Karl Hyde spoke about the new things coming in the near future like
the next installment of the riverrun project on june the 5th called I'm A Big Sister And I'm A Girl And I'm A Princess And This Is My Horse and on July the 10th "The Misterons Mix" on Underworldlive.com (a mix up of tracks from the first 3 river run releases given for free to those who bought the first 3 riverruns releases

As far as i know, the upcoming third RiverRun will be the last one. I'm pretty sure i heard this, but i don't know the source at the moment.
At least it would be fitting, 3 parts of 25 minutes --> one CD. ;)

i also grabbed it from this link, saw it posted at several dutch foras, quality soundz ok imo (for a 128kbps) anyone who can hook me up with a longer (or better audioquality) version? Not going for that 160kb i read earlier this thread cuz that is crap ofcourse, your source is still a 96kbps; it's the same like you rip it from a .rm (or other) streamfile 96k to 160kbps, but that don't make it a legid 160 ofcourse, just listen & watch your player frequencies for that.. Try eg. a 128 encoded & 160 encoded file and compare em, will be alike basicly...
