Underworldlive: Shop problems?

Was wondering if anyone else here was having problems at the shop at underworldlive.com site? 2 weeks ago I paid the 10 pound for the MP3's of Lovely Broken Thing & Pizza For Eggs. However in my download section I have only Pizza For Eggs to download & no Lovely Broken Thing. I have emailed the sales email addy several times but no response thus far. Anyone else had any difficulties? Or anyone know if the person who looks after sales maybe away (hence no email reply thus far)? I have really enjoyed Pizza For Eggs but now that I have heard that I'm really hanging to hear Lovely Broken Thing.

Yes, every now and then there seem to be problems (like temporarily disappearing downloads) with the shop, but nothing serious.
Try to pm aNt, he may sort things out.

Had a problem when getting lovely broken thing
Emailed sales, and although it took them a day or so to get back they were very helpful when they did so
Give them a day or so & see what happens

there is something up on the page about the site not working so well with internet exploiter, you might want to try firefox.

Thanx for the replies folks. Well it took 2 weeks till they got back to me (must have been away or something?). Anyway we're in the process of getting it sorted. Yeah I read about IE problem, but I was using Safari.
