We mostly know all the tracks they played in each gig but sometimes karl, rick & darren do a rare one time only played unknown track with lyrics
that we never ever gonna hear again somewhere else
(i not taken about all the instrumental tracks they do between the well known tracks)
Do you know some of those tracks in the years ?
Example
What is the name of the first track played in 17-07-2005 5 Days Off.

I, for one, have absolutely no idea, and I don't think anyone else does yet. It is a truly beautiful track though. Perhaps we will see it in an upcoming RiverRun release? I get the feeling that the band have been trying out stuff live that they intend to release at some stage soon.
Certainly hope so, anyway :)

5 Points and Opening-Track-To-HMH are my favorite surprise tracks from live shows.

it's not really rare per say, but I am in love with the "new jumbo" track from Electraglide. absolutely in love with it.

Mmm, that one does groove! Nice. The HMH improv #1, "Yard beat" and of course "You Do Scribble" are my favorites of the new live unreleased tracks...but the others are growing on me, too, as i learn their names! Oohh..."Shake That Higher" is also very dubby.;)

i'm waiting (hopefully not in vain) for the finished version of Silver Boots/Always Loved a Film. luckily there's a pretty decent version from the dirtyradio broadcast, but they did say it was still work-in-progress then. it's probably my favorite new piece they've done so far.

yep, i'm eagerly anticipating a finished version of that as well. Weird that they haven't played it at all in the recent tour.

I still can't get over a track they played in Tokyo 2000. Beautiful track with elements of Biro the Leggy percussion. It's been one of my favorites all these years, and never played since.

wha? I was at the HOB show in '98 and it wasn't played there. also was at the Riviera in '99 and it wasn't played there either. i'm also fairly certain there was no HOB show in '99 (or I would've been there!).
have they ever played mk1 songs as mk2?

Not sure about that, but they did play 'Mother Earth' as mk1. It has the great improv, Hello Mickey Mouse, Goodbye Mother Earth lyric.
Wasn't Riders in the Night played once by mk2, at least the instrumental part?

there's another track I love - which I've never heard ANYWHERE - it's the second track off of a creamfields gig that I have - it's totally different from the usual UW work... i just call it creamfields improv 1 - don't know if anyone else knows of it?

Yep...love that track! It's banging nice and hard. I don't have a name for it either, except "awesome improv!"

There's also a Creamfields improv where the main lyric is "You drink summer's juices." This track has a speech by Karl that is played backwards.
