The album is mostly very good and he is great live. Definitely worth the investment imo.

previews are rad for the poor.I will if I hear good reviews of it from either here or AMG. I'll know with about 90% accuracy that I will enjoy it, so I'm not bothered by buying it without hearing it first. And I'm not that poor either, so...

"OK Cowboy" is the album that Daft Punk's "Human After All" should've been! It's lo-fi electro-house at its best! Several tracks have the female computer voice straight outta S.I. Futures tracks, but it's a great ride. Def. worth getting (p.s. don't waste your t ime with the Poney EP, thoough, since several of those tracks re reworked on OK Cowboy)

it gets 3 for 5 from me... and thats mostly for the singles material.
it didnt grab me as much as it did others, and i was just struck by how lame a lot of the material outside of the singles (which were amazing) were. 'my friend dario,' with that crummy cliche-fast guitar and those crap vocals, the missed opportunity on repair machines, in which the stellar second half makes the first half useless and irritating (those vocals again), i can't help but feel "no fun" rested where it should have started, it could have been so much better, and finally the inept slow song or two. of the new material from this album only a few are worth it. it's cheese without the means to be likable.
