saw this on garniers fcom website about an album by Maxence Cyrin. called 'Modern Rhapsodies' where he's reworked some classic tracks on the piano. quite a neat idea and some of it really works, and is very chilled. u can listen to it at:

This is actually quite good - I have a number of these tracks in the Dirtyradio library at the moment.

listened to this last night - not all of them work but some are great - particularly like his version of behind the wheel :)

OK, I'll be the dissenting voice here... (no, surely not:D)

This does nothing for me at all. Is this drowning in echo and reverb? It sounds really murky in places, and not in a good way. Although Go is at least interesting: is it just me, or has it gone a bit Gymnopedies?

Fair play for giving it a bash, I suppose.

if you like these you might like "planet rock" jason morran.jazzman does hip hop classic and brings the kraftwerk to the fore ! i would put a link but i'm not very good and you can find it in the itunes store easily.:D

it's funny - I was just talking about this album the other day on the UNKLE forum...


and if you don't want to wait for shipping, etc (and want it for cheap)
just buy it off of bleep.com

some of the songs come off surprisingly well
definitely worth purchasing
