nope; but if you do find anywhere then be sure to tell us!
(mind you, probably every shop you walk into in japan will have designs-a-plenty )
sidenote - i was at a nick cave gig this week - merchandising stall even ran to tea towels with hand-written lyrics printed. which were cool...

Hi, and welcome!
You used to be able to but Underworld iron-on transfer packets to make your own shirt, as well as a few assorted shirts with "A Hundred Days Off" designs from underworld.printingpete. But that site seems to be no more (at least, i can't find a functioning link!)
As for shirts, i've looked a lot online in the past and never found any shirts for sale. So, looks like you need to either (a) go to a concert and get one! (b) scour eBay or ask nicely around here if someone will sell you one of theirs! or (c) make your own! I've made a number of Underworld shirts in the past for very lil money/effort, thanks to iron-on printer sheets and a computer. i'm modelling one here ;) :

oh of course, if anyone on this site that reads this has a shirt that they would be generous to sell me, i would pay top dollar for it.

tee's usually do come up on ebay, although the BF tee's that have recently been up there are remakes or bootlegs i think, but i bought 80% of my 20 or so tee shirts off ebay, so you can get them...
its a matter of patience...and also beating me in a bidding war ;)

There's only A Hundred Days Off shirts, but they have the T-Shirt Transfer Pack too.

I happened upon an old "Underworld Things" pamphlet from circa 97 the other day. Loads of goodies in there...though I'm sure the items are well out of print by now. Anyone else remember this booklet?
