There are some people trying to earn a fast dollar by selling fake tokyo electraglide cds at ebay. One is trying to sell mp3 based recordings of the radiobroadcasts at dirtyradio and another one has even tried to copy the artwork on the cds but failed. Don't give these people money although you might be tempted to own the cds.

always to this going was happen - technology, folks - you can't replicate a dubno tape - but a live gig cd - t'ain't difficult - welcome to the future - for good and bad - new formats mean new things - those with a copy can make a buck - almost like selling mix tapes out of, say, a car boot - pandora's digibox is open and ready for business - like it or lump it - digital media makes this so much easier. shame for those who don't know where to get it free. utterly against the spirit of dirty. i won't be bidding, thank you very much. some will. winners. losers. good people. arseholes. where's me washboard? have you seen it...?

hmmmm, I did bought such a copy...

I Just wanted to listen to the set (and it's awsome...). I still want an original copy, but since they are being sold on eBay for more than 200 euros it's not an option! I surely don't like the idea that someone is making money out of it and I'm aware of the fact that it's illegal, but I just love the music and I will always trying to do anything to get the music! First in a legal way, and if it's impossible to get a legal copy (like the Electraglide 3CD, going to the concert was quite impossible since I'm living in Holland) then I'll try to get it in any other way. In the end it's all about the music and not about getting it legal or illegal...

Underworld will be delighted to read that

I hope that the selling/buying of these copies doesn't stop them from experimenting with live cd's.

I do have about 70 original CD's with Underworld(-related) material, so this one illegal copy won't matter that much I think. And as I said I do want to buy an original copy, but since that's not available (only at ridiculous high prices on eBay, where other people then Rick & Karl are making a lot of money) I bought this copied version. I just wanted to here their new material. I personally download a lot of music illegally to check if I like it and if I do so I buy an original copy. What's the big deal?

I bet this fake 3CD set wont be listed in your discogs.com listings. Just out of interest, which one did you buy? the mp3 version from the radio broadcast? if so, you could have got that for free when it was on dirtyradio. im sure the source for these bootlegs is the dirtyradio broadcast which is pitiful considering they are 96kbps mp3. I pity anyone who buys this stuff.

It's not the radiorip I guess, since the soundquality is perfect, guess it's a copy of the CD-version...

How much??

Generally I charge $15 + S/H...I live in Wisconsin, so shipping is based on how far away you are from me...it's $2 per state, $10 per ocean, and for you blokes in the Europe $5 per country.

As for criticism of the mix, I think you're horribly mistaken. This mix is perfect, simply 17 of the best techno songs ever created FEEL THE STORM WHOOOSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
