Loving Twist @ Sofia. For a while I never really used to dig that song on the album, but Karl's guitar work and those sirens transform it into something else entirely when its done live. Great version.

There is also a new section in the Members area called, "Electraglide" that as far as i can tell, its just a tracklisting of songs, some pics, and a few cell phone pics. no music from the show though. :(

(they've been there a little while now...) but yes; never seen them come so clean about their words - probably to pre-empt 'lyrics' threads/discussions/flaming :)

the new archive section is fantastic - hats-off to all concerned!

Couldn't agree with you more. AHDO tunes were few and far between this last tour, but I've always loved how they sound live. Mo Move, Twist, TMO, all get me groovin'.

Loving the updates.....
Listening to "Hard Vibe" left me wondering, though....
Has anyone here heard Darren Price's album "Under The Flightpath"?
Melodies found on this album are very similar to "Hard Vibe".
Is Darren doing more with U/W than the boys would have us believe?

Haven't heard Darren's originals, only remixes in the past. But it is interesting on the Electraglide credits, "Moroccan Meatballs", "Aquafunk" and "Yard Beat" are all credited to Darren Price!
And they're all cool as can be!:)

Also a point of interest on the Tokyo credits is that Underworld are: Rick Smith, Karl Hyde.

Pricey's name comes up at the song credits and then again at the credit, Underworld Live is.

today's archive update has reminded me of how hard 'twist' rocks when performed live :D that guitar solo really adds a lot to the track in my mind. don't get me wrong, i like the album version a lot, but like with other underworld tunes, when the track is played live, they take it up a notch ;)

...and yet Karl isn't credited as being a part of Underworld Live

Juanita into Twist is gorgeous...

Love both of these versions...that Sophia show must've been a special night to attend.

twist was one of those amazing live tracks from the AHDO era. I was really happy to hear this new evolution of the track. The guitar parts are just aural crack.(to use Mr. Warner's description from an old old dirty splash page from Spring 1999 describing Moaner)

yes it is all good, just being nit picky and inspecting all the little details of the package and the notes and differences.

So is Darren making music for Underworld, or will he be releasing these tracks on his own?
Either way, bring it on....
Pricey's sounds are majestic.

well - what do you expect me to do?

I can't get the electraglide show... so I am gonna critique every little bit of it:p
