Just watched it last week actually, for the first time in a while. Still one of my favourite music DVDs ever. I also love the outtakes. ;)

I wish the EE DVD were the outtakes!!! ;)
All kidding aside, EE is awesome, but back at the time it came out, the more I watched it, I started wishing there were more improvs/and other less popular tracks mixed in (i.e. Dark Train, Kittens, King of Snake Part 1, etc...) - like a real show! But what can I say, it was a first-of-it's-kind (for electronic music), mass produced release, so the hits had to be there. And it was a work of creative genius at that!!!
Who knows, maybe someday we'll see live DVD's recorded and sold at UW gigs like they did with the Tokyo audio recording.
EE was my way into Underworld,
back in 2000.
I still adore it!

LOL, same here! I had it for 4 days before I was finally able to view it. It was at this guy's house and he liked electronic music but had never heard of Underworld. So Juanita's starting to play and it's beatless for 2 minutes and the guy's like "Erm... this is pretty stupid." But as soon as that beat came in he freaked! By the end of the week he had the DVD, STITI and BF... score one for the home team. :D

Everything, Everything is cool. I don't really like Beaucoup Fish so much, except for "Cups" and "Jumbo," but I do like the versions of the Beaucoup Fish singles that are on the live album. "Push Upstairs" sounds a lot more menacing live.
I got the DVD when it came out and actually had it playing in one of the rooms at a party I had at my Dad's house that year (my room - 28 inch widescreen & 5.1 with active sub), it actually drew as much of a crowd to the room as the room where I had sound & lights set up for DJing.
Since I got it I can think of three friends off the top of my head who have gone out and bought it after watching it.

Same here. (Still don't have a DVD player - and won't buy one as my computer is always happy to be fed a high-density treat.)

God damnit, I can't find my copy. I'm going to have to buy it again :(
All music should be 5.1, it's an awesome mix.

I happen to disagree, too much going on. Two ears, two sources. Unless of course we reach the nirvana of one single wraparound speaker with no specific points of origin for sound..
