i've been trying to keep tabs on all of Underworld's official and not so official tracks over the past couple of years and have a list of almost everything they have submitted to record / cd / video etc,. listed here (http://www.bigscreensatellite.co.uk/tracklistings.htm)
...this is NOT a discography, merely a list of all Underworld Tracks (with Freur, & Mark I also included, plus UW remixes) and the timings of those tracks...
take a look down the list if you have time...
and let me know of any errors or additions that need to be made...preferably to the timings...
most of the times have been taken either from the record sleeves or direct from my mp3 player (Itunes), so anything you notice with a few seconds difference is likely to be the same track, but unique track lengths are what i'm after (also let me know the source...such as compilation appearances - which often have rare edits or remixes on them - even name changes...)
basically its just commercially available tracks, not live versions, because the list would be endless, only new and unreleased live tracks are listed at the moment, because it is likely that they may well be commited to vinyl or cd in the very near future, plus any official released downloads which are also worth noting
just let me have any additions that you have...
(i'm still working on the Emerson part at the bottom of the page too)

Spoonman is listed as being on STITI.
Are you interested in radio session tracks? I'm thinking of the Richard Skinner session they did as MK I.

i'll change that spoonman error...
and the richard skinner session tracks might be worth including too as they would be different versions of the tracks....were they ever available on anything tangable like a cassette or was it just a show recording....
any info is helpful....

dang impressive list! Just a few track times for the new live bits:
Five ft 5: (3:54) -sophia, bulgaria 7-6-05 mp3 underworldlive.com
Globe (6:45)- sophia, bulgaria 7-6-05 mp3 underworldlive.com
Shake that Higher (3:34)- benicassim festival, spain 8-4-05 mp3 underworldlive.com
i was just listening to the X-Tra fest bootleg and wondering about Nu Train...does this count as a new track or just a really bizarre improvisation of Dark and Long/Dark Train?

well its not new (nu) but if someone stumbles across it online then it'd help to identify it...so yes it kinda counts purely if just a new naming convention of an old track

i think it was called new train for the fuji festival download archives.
i also think it's just live stuffs and not realy releases. if we start adding improvs we'd have to go back and do the same for the ahdo, bf, stiti, and dubno tours....
you're going to have to add whatever's on the electraglide CD's though.

providing any 'improvs' have actual names then they should be added, but improv 1, improv 2, etc,. we won't list, but anything that's connectable....for example 'Nu Train' although not that different, is linked to Dark Train...
As i said before, should it come up in question what's 'new (nu) train'?, there will be some kinda explanation on the site....stating that is a live version of Dark Train...albeit unavailable....
i just want to catalogue every track, providing it exists (in name or some kind of recorded media), even if there is no recorded track length / time.
As such, live tracks that have 'only' been played live and/or put to official releases are listed (like those on EE), which is why i will include the Electraglide CD providing it is properly catalogued, ie. doesn't look like some bootleg, as soon as anyone gets it, please post the tracklisting here and the track times if you can...thanks
