Roundhouse tickets 25th ?? HELP

I am having trouble finding my tickets for the concert on Friday :eek:

Have these been sent or were they print at home??

Been onto Roundhouse website & I don't seen to have an account so assume I never booked through them? I remember going through Underworldlive but where would this have directed me to?

Any ideas guys as I am starting to panic!!

Just found my order on Underworldlive & they say they were dispatched in November

So assume I have never received them?

I have sent a message through 'Contact' form .. .any ideas how good they are responding??

I had an email on 3rd December 2015. Check your emails for a message sent with the subject "E-Tickets for Order Id xxxxxx". Sender was Underworld Store <donotreply@tmstor.es> and PDF attached.

We got a mail on November 27th, subject "Order confirmation" with our order number.

In the message it just says to print the mail, and there's no attachment:
This is your E-Ticket. Please take a printed copy of this confirmation email in order to gain entry to the event.

Mike: is the PDF a proper e-ticket with barcode and everything? Weird that you got one and we didn't. Unless wooter got a second mail that he hasn't forwarded!

Sent an mail to customer services & they have resent email with tickets attached :D
