The Bird 1 stems were released on Beatport for the remix contest a few years ago. Otherwise, a limited number of stems from a number of songs are available in Ogg Vorbis format inside the Underworld iDrum app. The app is just a zip file. Rename it to .zip, and then unzip it, and you'll find the samples inside.
