Do any videos of Underworld Mk 2 concerts exist prior 1998?

There is a very good documentary from VPRO called "Lola da Musica" around an UW gig at Leeds university in 1996. Check RTSR.

Also, some snippets of Rainbow 2000 (also 1996) in Japan are floating around, but quite mediocre quality.

Don't forget to name their incredible set at the Eurockéennes de Belfort 1998 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Jae7Jp5XHA). Anyone knows if a better quality copy is available anywhere? Please upload it on the RTSR tracker if you got one! :)
