In truth I've still not fully been able to shake off the whole PNAC stuff, re. the way these countries are becoming ticked off one-by-one.
But the suggestion that this is another one of those habitual destabilizations by the West - in this case, to create a more favourable climate for war with Iran - seems such a credible theory, I don't know why more journalists aren't saying it out loud.
Of course, seeming obvious and being true aren't always the same thing.
