Frankenstein CD help!

Hi Guys,

I really need some help, i ordered a Frankenstein CD from underworld on 2nd july and it says it was shipped on the 3rd but its been nearly 2 weeks and i haven't heard or recieved anything, i have emailed the contact they gave me (the people who shipped it) i have emailed them 4 times and no reply and ive even emailed underworld but have still had no reply!

Please help, im getting worried and was so excited about getting this CD :confused:

Your best bet is to e-mail sales@underworldlive.com. The whole team is probably pretty busy though with the Olympics less than 2 weeks away, so it might be a bit before you get a reply.

Thanks for your help, i have emailed the sales department, hopefully it will come soon, what puzzles me is that it says the ship date was the 3rd July so does that mean it's already been shipped?
