Karl did a quick interview on StuBru yesterday. He talked about the anthologies and a little bit about the Olympics.

Fantastic. Interesting explanation for why they don't revisit the 80s material - i assumed it was just because they didn't want to, but it seems that its also due to ownership etc.

Yes, it's called NBC.

to be fair, that doesn't mean it will be released.

It also means NBC commentators will talking over the top and potentially having advertising during portions. I have already started looking for pay for view or other access to watch the full opening ceromony uninterrupted. I honestly can't remember about advertising but seem to recall discussion/ narration throughout the winter games opening. Anyone know if there will be a means to watch/ record the event w/o commentators/ ads inside or outside the US? I do hope there is some form of unedited video/ audio release through underworld and Danny Boyle... very excited about this one. Good job UW!

apparently tiesto did a soundtrack for
one of the olympics and released it:

He did and very good it is too.

I've got to admit I'm a bit underwhelmed with UW's scoring work. I've listened to Frankenstein about three times. Brteaking & Entering once. Give me the Chems work on Hanna anyday. Hopefully this Olympic work will have some balls.

We'll get a broadcast without ads here in the UK. Bound to have commentary though.

Yes it gives us detailed information about this issue. I had the same feeling, I didn't know that was due to ownership and so on...
Very valuable information!
