Whatever happened to dirty.org?

Well, we know it was sold for around $11,000. That was back in 2007. Since then nothing, and now its just a parked page catching the odd googler or old underworld fan.

Anyway, the domain is now owned by Bladebook, LLC / Utora.net and in the name of Craig Pratka from Yaphank, New York.

Info on the whois here: http://whois.domaintools.com/dirty.org

Some hunting around has uncovered some rather unsavoury info on this guy and his business, from domain squatting, typo squatting and penny auction sites. Squatting torrent sites such as Torrent Reactor and The Pirate Bay even.

Not sure where dirty.org fits into all this though and I doubt its earning any money. Its a shame to see that this is where its ended up but theres not much we can do about it short of making an offer for the domain (which wont happen!). Anyway, just passing on the info....

What a shame putting all of dirty.org's porn potential to waste...

penny auction sites i don't really have a problem with as long as they deliver the item to the winner. it's no worse than a raffle. as for the other stuff, it seems kind of shady. i told y'all not to sell the website so don't blame me.
