Last Friday, I called ticketmaster @ 9:59 am est to get tickets for aziz ansari @ the warner theater, and got right through. . .

the rep pulled me up center pit, 2nd row tix. . whoo hooo

I give him personal info (name, addy, phone, email) and then give him my credit card info. . .

rut roh. . hit the limit on that card so it gets declined. . . i say 'hold on let me get another card'. . .

as I am fumbling in my wallet trying to get the other card out, I accidentally hang up!!!!

YIKES!!!!! there go my great seats!!!

I try calling back. . busy. . . I get online and see nothing but crap seats as both shows are selling fast. . but what the hell. . I buy 2 tickets in the way back.

Then yesterday morning. . . I get a call from Ticketmaster. . .

The rep apologizes for my call getting dropped... says she has the tickets I was trying to buy. . do I still want them????

I say "well I bought the other tickets online. . ."

Rep says, "thats ok, we can void that sale on the 3 day no questions asked return policy, and give you these!"

WOW!!!!

This is the last thing I would ever have expected from these guys!!!

I am absolutely floored.

2nd row, dead center. . and they are filming the show for an HBO Comedy Special!!!

Isn't that cool???

Always good when you come across companies that do stuff like this.

I'd send them a message to thank them.

We can only hope that this is the rule rather than the exception. Nice to hear a good news story for a change.
