Crocodile and Beautiful Burnout are the only tracks off of OWB that are have long/unedited versions, right?

That have been released, yes.
Crocodile's extended ending is really only for the transition to Beautiful Burnout, so I wouldn't consider it substantially different from what's on the album.
Beautiful Burnout, on the other hand, has a whole structured beginning that was edited out in lieu of mixing with Crocodile on the album.
As for unreleased stuff, when played live, Boy, Boy, Boy has additional lyrics and jamming and a proper ending.
Also, I would not be surprised if longer edits existed for Glam Bucket and Faxed Invitation.

Also, the version of "To Heal" is substantially longer (and with Mr. Smith's vocals!) on the "Songs for Tibet" record than on OWB.

The instrumentation is different though from the OwB and Sunshine version. The differences are substantial enough that I'd consider them different versions, and that's not the version that Rick chose for the album.

TheBang, where can I find the extended cut of Beautiful Burnout? I want that track! I swear it used to be on the UK (or maybe Japanese) iTunes, but I'm not seeing it...

The OwB singles appear to be out of print. It was on some of the digital single versions, but they are no longer available.
Your best bet is probably to find one of these promos, but I wasn't able to find any for sale off-hand:

This is true. I kind of wish that the Tibet version or the mix played on the live internet show in 2005-ish was the album version. The OWB mix (similar to the Sunshine OST version, although i wonder how much of John Murphy is in that mix) is affecting and orchestral, but sort of dies down as soon as it builds up. The lyrics and cooing child voice make it for me.
OWB - a nice, fairly relaxing album, but lacking the punch that could have been based on previous versions of tracks like Glove and Biro/Burnout.

What track is Glove? Early version of a track on OwB, or no?

That was a typo. He meant "Globe," which was the working title for Holding the Moth.

Is there anyway of getting hold of the files that were only available from underworldlive ie Holding the moth extended version and the Peach tree version on the Boy boy boy cd?

Extended version of Holding the Moth? Wow. I learn about a new Underworld track every week.
I'm also hunting for the R59 aka What Dog mix of Beautiful Burnout.
The Peach Tree version is the same as the one on the Crocodile CD though and just has the outro unmixed from Mowed Path (chanting is still in Peach Tree).

What extended version are you talking about? The only underworldlive.com version I know of is track 1 from the Sofia gig, which was our first listen of Globe.

That is still available for purchase on pretty much every EU iTunes store (not the UK one, though). For example:
https://itunes.apple.com/ie/album/beautiful-burnout/id270433947
https://itunes.apple.com/de/album/beautiful-burnout/id270433947
https://itunes.apple.com/nl/album/beautiful-burnout/id270433947
https://itunes.apple.com/fr/album/beautiful-burnout/id270433947
https://itunes.apple.com/dk/album/beautiful-burnout/id270433947
If you can find a friend in those countries, you could have them buy it for you.

Actually, the BBB single version is a different mix from the Crocodile single version (even though they have the exact same runtime).

On discogs there is an entry on the crocodile singles that says 5x mp3 320 files on underworldlive.Com and track 1 is listed as holding the moth extended version 8.59
https://www.discogs.com/Underworld-Crocodile/release/6930352
I've just realised it is the same length as crocodile extended version and presumably had been mislabeled on discogs?
As much as I love Peach tree I really don't want to pay £15 for a slightly different version of it on the Japanese import and i was hoping someone might help me out!

Yeah, it's a mislabel. Should be "Crocodile (LP Version)" (or Extended Version). You can hear a preview of it here:

I just checked the Peach Tree on BBB single and it's really differs from the Crocodile's version. It's strange why they changed the track for the japan BBB single.

Is the Crocodile mix of Peach Tree available anywhere legally? I've only got the Boy Boy Boy mix. Also, that Napster link above is the first time I heard the Innervisions Orchestra remix of Crocodile!

No, unfortunately, the digital single is long out of print. All the OwB and Barking stuff went out of print when the distribution agreements ended with Different/PIAS and Cooking Vinyl, respectively, and they only reissued the main albums on Universal, not the singles.
Your best bet is a used CD single. Even that, apparently, is a little hard/expensive to find.
(Trivia: This is the last retail CD single that UW released.)

Thanks Dino3d and The bang for your comments, they are helpful and have convinced me that I need to get a copy of the Boy boy boy cd as Peach Tree is one of my favourite tracks especially the jam version on the underworldlive show. I found cheaper imports on Amazon than discogs so I'm going to invest!

I thought "Peach Tree" on "Crocodile" was the same as on the 'RiverRun' EP
but on the "Boy Boy Boy" single, it was a different mix/ version?

Different. The BBB single version has more vocal effects and sound effects, and the middle section is a bit more fatter, the beats are heavier and crispier.

No, the beats comes earlier in a minute on the BBB version, I just checked it. ;)
I think the BBB version is more finished and better then the Crocodile version.

Boy Boy Boy Single
(I just never bothered looking for the 'Crocodile' single, b/c I thought only BBB had a different mix)

Wow, after 10 years of the release date of the BBB single what a new hype started up. I've just ordered the CD single from cdjapan. :) They have a very fair price.

"Crocodile" version is the same as the one on "I'm a Big Sister", just unmixed. So there are 2 versions (studio, that is. There are several nice live jams available too.)

I was always a tad disappointed that the Crocodile b-side was basically something we'd already got. Surely they must have had something else lying around? Especially sad given that it was their last CD single and last real b-side ever.
