In late summer/early fall of 2008 at UW myspace site, there was a live version of Dirty Epic, I don't know what single/album/EP it was from. It was pulled after a few months. But I have wanted to purchase it ever since, any clues on where to start?

most of the live versions of dirty epic out there are bootlegs— bootlegs referring to recordings of live shows distributed for free— the other, illegal term for bootlegs refers to 'pirates' which are illegal copies of albums/shows that are for sale somewhere else.
in any case, i don't know of any version of dirty epic live that was released for sale, except maybe there was one on the 'live in tokyo' album, but that was ultra-limited edition and there's not much chance you'd find a copy.
do you know how to use torrent? i would recommend using the RTSR torrent tracker at http://tracker.rtsr.net/ and find a good show that you like— i would recommend 'bring back the brown' which was a recent show that *i* did not record, but i *did* do the mastering and i was proud of it. most of the shows are audience recordings, but are fairly good quality.

Most likely, it was from Brixton Academy, 2008-10-31. You can listen to a sample and buy the show here:

If you're lucky, another physical copy might go up for sale here, but more than likely, they are sold out forever:

I have the MP3 at home; downloaded it from their Myspace player before they took it down... I'll get it for you when I get home if nobody else does.

Champiness, you know what I am talking about! See I knew I didn't dream it! LOL. If you get the time that would be amazing.
As my user name hints, I like that song just a little bit :D
