OK, so feel free to make fun of me if this seems obvious...
...but what does "exclusive" mean underneath the vast majority of the names on their line-up listing?

I'd imagine... that it means that these people aren't going to be touring the US this year (or at least - within the next several months)

so this festival is the "Exclusive" way to see them...

That's what I had thought exclusive meant as well (however painful it may be), but there are a lot of bands on there that have 'exclusive' underneath and they're playing in my state around March and April (Royksopp, Cut Copy, Chems, Duran Duran, Chromeo). So maybe it just means exclusive to Florida?

Ultra takes place in and around the Winter Music Conference (WMC) so there are other venues in the area to see electronic music. This probably means that the only place you'll see them in Miami is on that stage.

Pendulum is touring with Innerpartysystem so Ultra''s not their only US date.;)
