I was over on the myspace page today (http://www.myspace.com/underworld) and "Born Slippy Jam" caught my eye, clocking in at 11:39

-- and it sounds like a studio version of bits I've heard from live shows. Can anyone tell me if this has been released, and where I can get it?

(...infinitely looping into the sunset...)

i'd have to check but i think that was played on the misterons vs. underworld radio show in 06ish. loads of great live jams on that show.

Ah, the original Born Slippy. Endless fun to listen to live versions of that one.

Forgive me, but what is this rtsr? I've seen it referred to, but don't understand?

NB I am a technology novice, so may well be missing the obvious...:o

^^ *hint (http://rtsr.rowla.com/) hint (http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/rtsrboardoftrade/)*

"rtsr is there for peoples who want to share rare recording of Underworld. we are not only interested in trading, we want this place to be an environment for peoples to meet other peoples with the same musical interest. we try to keep this place as friendly as possible, we’re all music lover maniac is a better term for most), everyone is welcome to join and to participate."

I´m friendly, I´m a music lover and I love the Born Slippy Jam but I have no rare recordings to share or trade so I never thought I was welcome to download anything from that site. How strict are the rules on rtsr?

That description's a little old, and the truth is there really isn't much trading anymore these days, especially with the proliferation of broadband, making it easier to download CD's and DVD's than it is to mail them.

So you mean rtsr have lots of released and unreleased stuff from U/W that I can download for free and it´s legal?
I´ve bought many CD´s and downloads from U/W by now so I don´t have a bad conscience about downloading one or two songs that is impossible to buy but... I don´t know... it feels wrong to get it without an approval from U/W. Even though I have payed almost 100 £ for two live DVDs for a couple of years ago that never arrived, that is still due to me. I´m too honest I guess :)

RTSR is focused on non-commercially-released Underworld Live recordings.

"Andrea has requested a re-seed on the torrent below because there are cu' at line 1"

dunno what I have done but it seems rather difficult to download the Born Slippy Jam :)

Download the .torrent file. Open the .torrent file in your favorite BitTorrent client. I recommend uTorrent for Windows, or Transmission for Mac. Wait a little while, and the download should start.
