They both look like He-Man characters. Either that or they made a range of action figures based on a wild night at Studio 54.

He-man was more beefy and more naked. :p

No idea about these two chaps though. They look very 1980s.

more info if it helps

date info is as follows:

green hair dude - no date or manufacturer - although has a light up chest function - i thought he was from thundercats, but couldn't ref him online

the other dude - i'm certain is NOT He-Man - as i have two variants of he-man here and he's much more BUFF than this wimpy guy...

this one has a push button on the back and his heart 'glows' red - made by Matell 1984

any info would be great :)

Green hair dude is Captain Planet.

Gay dude is Bow (http://images.cloud.worthpoint.com/wpimages/images/images1/1/0709/17/1_00788df168f53591a608de52bd15189f.jpg), She-Ra's "special friend."

I used to have this captain planet toy when i was a boy... Now i may be wrong but i distinctly remember something about his hair or skin changing colour when you put him into hot water (I would play with him in the bath- of course)

Now im sure this is a very rare very expensive action figure.. but it may be worth the experiment..

EDIT: It may have been a different Captain planet figure..
