What's the correct version: Pearl's Girl or Pearls Girl?

e.g.
Pearl's Girl EP

Pearls Girl (from Everything, Everything)

You've answered the question yourself. Its both. Check pictures of all releases on Discogs and you'll see that more. I think this has been answered here before. Try a search. I myself favour the apostrophe version however. Notice that theres no dot before NUXX on the EE release also.

i prefer pearls girl
without the apostrophe..

it messes up my database, and filenames
when i include punctuation..

but officially, yes you include the ' .
