So Barking has literally seen itself unfold infront of our eyes in terms of tracks being demoed live and altered from gig to gig and with versions aired on radio shows. Personally, I think this has been an interesting approach and shows how UW are always working and looking for that final groove before finishing a track.
Would you want the next record to be continued with this process? Or prefer more of a surprise when tracks are announced? I think out of everything released, I'd heard everything in some form apart from Hamburg Hotel which watered down elements of surprise as I knew basic lyric structure/music patterns, but it was still fun to listen to radically changed versions of Scribble after hearing it live multiple times and owning on a live CD.
