wow - on the mmm...single - its gotta be the 3rd most expensive UW record over 100 copies - and certainly the most sought after commercial release....

wow - even more - those 45's if you are a dealer are well worth buying - i bet there are some rare things in there....

$9k wow

is that because it's on cd? or did i get a bargain with my 12" version - under £20?

its nowhere near worth that much. whoever paid that is an idiot. true price is MAXIMUM £40. the 12" is much more common and can be had for about £10

as i say - does the fact that it's a cd version make it more valuable?

damn, that's a lot of records! Anyone seen the documentary "Scratch", t he part where DJ Shadow is sorting through records in the basement of some store? This looks a lot like it, only better preserved!

Seriously, though $9000 is a lot to pay out sight-unseen, very good to near mint condition 45s routinely go for $2-3 apiece at a great vinyl shop i know. If there are several thousand records in that lot, the winner stands to at least recoup their losses, and that's not counting any hidden gems that might go for a nice price on ebay!

i wonder if there were any Underworlds in there:o
