The song was released during or before 1997 and contains a mumbled phrase that's repeated throughout the middle of the song.

It could be any or all of the following as it appears to change as repeated:
Run to china
Rubber china
I'm tryin'-a
My vagina

There's a second voice that overlaps and says something like:
I'm trying
Love train

Please tell me which song this is...

I found an old mix tape someone made me in college and was turning it into a playlist, but I don't seem to have this particular song.

Aha. Dark Train. That's it. Thank you.

It doesn't sound anything like Air Towel, which has lots of lyrics that are intelligible and don't sound anything like 'my vagina'.
