If i was to find out when there's to be a shoot then i would of course hop along to it. The chance to meet Karl would be too good to miss, though this installation is only on for another 15 days so it should be soon...

Really? Ive seen the animations loads... i thought it was all going to be over in 15 days.. as in on the website it says 15 days to go as if we only have 15 days left to enjoy it... Its been flashing away every night i thought

Playhouse runs from dusk till dawn for 18 nights from the 24th of September until the 11th of October.

They must be testing it or using it for commercial applications before the "show" itself starts. The Downpipe video is using it next week, before the festival actually starts for instance.

Pretty much everyone loved it, and there was a huge push to have it left permanently on the building. But alas pretty much like everything good in this country it didnt last very long but we all enjoyed it while it was there. We have had other things like this in the past, where the people could control light shows and stuff but this has been the most successful by far! Probably because we dont have any/many other high rises in the city centre so it was possible to see the building from nearly anywhere...


Aw i really liked it... but when the petition went out to keep it in permanently it was revealed that the building was going to be replaced by a new state of the art high rise.... ah well...

at least it has been crystalised in eternity with this video!
