I made a compilation of Krautrock* tracks I enjoy. A ZIP folder with two CDs worth of MP3 files plus artwork can be downloaded at http://rapidshare.com/files/285610981/Extrawurst_2009-09-27.zip (download without waiting).
*For the not-so-old people on here: Krautrock is German '70s rock with emerging electronic elements, often performed, back in the day, in the style of psychedelic jam sessions.

Thanks a lot for making and posting this. I've been pretty ignorant of krautrock in general because I had no idea who/what to start with, but am always intrigued when bands are described as having 'krautrock influences'. Going to listen to your compilation today, cheers. :)

Thanks for the warm words, joe and Bargo! I'm always happy to spread the music I like.
