Audio cut out at the very end of Nuxx, and from there 'til the end, it was only about 2 seconds of sound each time I reloaded the stream. Even restarted and it was the same exact problem. Tried multiple browsers after bailing on the QuickTime app, all that.

Ok so i have 90% of audio and video recorded... nearly 95% i guess... had a few hiccups with the sound leaving just at the cool breakdown in Born Slippy and i tried in vein during Beautiful burnout to fix the sync problem but it wasnt to be! so i will work on fixing the syncing manually and put the sound to each individual track or selection of tracks and if there isnt already a superior recording already online i will have it up for all you guys asap!

Was a great gig tho! fuckin A well worth staying up 24hours to see and all that! was dancing at 7 am in Dublin all on my own with a packet of pringles for energy!

Ill only put it on the Boards of Trade where everything should really be i guess so that everyone has a fair chance to get it. But what i have is mad out of sync... while i never got disconnected (except for the end of nuxx for 5 secs or so) the songs are all out of sync because the audio had gaps every so often while the visuals went very very smoothly so the visuals started to run away with it.

But i will do a bit of editing and make it watchable.. and then if there is not already a better version available on the boards and if someone wants it specifically i will throw it up.

But if you can see it on the site anyway sure there is no big fuss..

THAT WAS JUST FUCKIN WOW! The visuals at the start... that jam on spikee... the lights... and the little grooves they had...absolutely worth the staying up till 8 am nearly now.

Between Stars...??? bit meh for me...think it ends strong but it needs something big to lift it!

Oh this will keep me happy till the album at least now... i hope haha

This, however, is a good thing to remind me of. So, kind of like the few festivals they did before Beaucoup, where they found they needed to completely rework Snake, yes?

I had already assumed that they play new songs in order to know how they sound live, and what ro rework. But they don't need to go so far to find their aswers. Anyway, the fact that they went to the USA without being touring for an album is a good thing for you ! And I'm sure they'll come back after the album is released !

Normally you can just use the VLC (http://videolan.org) UI to do this:

- Right-click on the QuickTime movie and choose "Save as QuickTime Movie…"
- Open the resulting .mov file in a text editor and find the rtsp:// URL for the stream
- Launch VLC
- File -> Open Network…
- Paste in the rtsp:// URL
- Select the "Streaming/Saving" checkbox and click Settings…
- Drop down the ""Encapsulation Method" menu and select "MPEG 4"
- Specify a location to save the stream
- Click OK to dismiss the dialog, then click Open to start the stream
- Click the Stop button in the VLC UI when the stream is finished

VLC got confused by this morning's replay stream, though, and thought there were two audio streams — an empty one and the "real" one. You can use the command-line to make sure you record the right one:

I LOVE YOU GUYS!! Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to post these up for those of us who are WAY technically challenged. looking forward to rocking out with my boys at the gym. So sad that the LA show got cancelled. i was lucky enough to see them at the bowl on the last swing around and it was a moving experience. the crowd was all there for one thing, and UW delivered even better than they did at the wiltern. I was in tears for half of the show and just screamed for the other half of it. Wishing i coulda made it to oakland for the gig but this will do for a fix. thanks!

much thanks to the people who ripped the audio for me to use the crude tools i have to try and clean it up a little.
i'm torn on how hard i should brag about this. i do it maybe once a year, and it shows, and i nowhere near have the software to do this legitimately, and they always end up a little bright because it's how i like them, and and and...

and yet it sounds significantly better after blowing all of sunday on just this.

so if no ones going to do it 'proper' but you want it sounding sweeter i can upload it

I'd like to echo priscilla and dubman's posts, thanks for the effort and hard work at getting the audio to us!

Not sure if anyone else prefers this, but I do and the disappointment of missing the boys in LA fueled me to break the single mp3 apart into tracks and I made a little album cover for iPods or whatever to go with it. I reduced the bass a bit (just a tad to reduce the fuzziness) and boosted the higher end freqs; overall it sounds MUCH better, almost album quality imho. A few parts get a little raspy, but eh.

Linked file contains 14 192kbps mp3s to keep file size down and a jpg for the cover. I read the rules and if this somehow crosses the line, please let me know. But again, I just like having my live performances (boots or otherwise) broken apart into tracks; figured some other Dirts might as well.

i had to bring the bass WAY down and gently edge it back in different ways because my home theatre system was just NOT HAVING IT.

I was at this concert, loved it live, then watched it again when I got home. But I've never managed to find a copy of it on the web. Since it's the last Underworld concert I attended after seeing them live several times over the years I would love to get a copy of this. Is it posted or hosted anywhere on the web ?
