Song requests have worked before in the past, so I am just going to throw this out there for Karl & Rick to see for the gig in Vegas on Thursday.

May I request a song or two?
Give us something old and give us something new.
Juanita & Always Loved a Film I'd really love to hear.
But anything you play will be lovely music to my ears.
Thank you so much and be seeing you soon.

I cast a vote for Juanita as well. Also, MMM Skyscraper I Love You and something from the River Run Project will be awesome! But what I really REALLY want is to hear some new material you guys have been working on...

And for those going to the show, found some nice photos of the new venue HERE (http://erikkabik.viewbook.com/the_new_joint_at_hard_rock_hotel?p=1#/1/).

3 MORE DAYS!!!:D

Wow that venue looks gorgeous...wish I was able to make the drive from Phoenix. I was able to see them at the House of Blues back in 1999, and the band opened with 'Juanita'. So hopefully history will repeat itself, along with some new jams and 'Air Towel'.

I'm all for everyone getting along and having a good time, regardless of the venue. (I'm used to Metal Shows where everyone tries to kill you in the pit, but if you go down, everyone helps you back up....to try & kill you again.)

But, if there is one of those little raver kids covered in glow sticks and dancing like an epiletic on meth anywhere near me, I can't promise that they'll leave the show alive.

Anyway....PLEASE PLAY JUANITA at all shows in North America.
And my wife has requested CROCIDILE for Vegas.

That's a good idea, that way everyone will be happy!

Sadly, I think the Forum will be filled with little raver kiddies. I didn't even think they existed anymore but I happened to be in a downtown hotel during this year's Electric Daisy Carnival weekend and the entire hotel was packed with people wearing glowsticks, whistles, and pacifiers. I thought it was the early 90s or something.

Yes, I fear this will be the same thing for the Forum. To combat this problem as best as possible, the plan is to get there an hour or so before Karl, Rick and Darren take the stage at 11. Then get the hell out of there at 1230 and go see the Plump DJ's up in Hollywood afterwards.

About the HARD party? I think Sappy's Curry is onto something here. The HARD lineup is atrocious...pretty much everything I dislike about dance music + Underworld. 9/10 acts there can DIAF.

Vegas will be fun, though. ;)

aw, whats to hate about chromeo?
ed banger fans can be a bit much but if i went sebastian would be my other big reason to go. i'd definitely stick to the Hard Stage even if i dislike crystal castles, but aside from them and crookers (never heard of em) it sounds pretty sweet to me.

underground stage does look p. bad i'll give you that.
